9th printing (2006 version)

Weeds were selected because of their abundance, ability to reproduce, compete, and spread rapidly, as well as those that are toxic to livestock or humans.  An attempt was made to include a representative cross-section of the common agronomic, rangeland, horticultural, and non-cropland weeds of the western United States.
